I took the old headliner down and had an upholster shop in Indy remake it. The vinyl they had was a little bit thicker than the original liner. Carpet padding is on the ceiling with industrial adhesive that won't release with the summer heat. After installing the rear section of the headliner first where the hatch is I noticed one very small buckle. After a week it released and evened out. I'm pretty happy with it.I may have missed it above but what brand headliner is that ?

But like everything else, you'll fix it better than new!
The best I can deduce about the reason for this line is to add extra time for cooling of the gases before it gets to the charcoal can. There's already a 7 foot run with 77255 (#2 tube) and this adds about 7 more feet.

Did you find out where those little clips on the seat came from?
Yeah, that's one i had to get too.
