@Dharma Dude Here is the list you don't need all of this hardware but this is what I ordered. I made sure to order more hardware than I would need.

@subspd Thanks! Awesome work and looks really nice.

@trexoffroad So far so good. I really like it. Only gotten a few 1000 miles on it but it seems to be holding up just fine. Like the YouTube video mentions its just the landing pad brace that rusts that bothers me. I put some grease on it temporarily which seems to have fixed it. But I spoke with the owner of JWoffroad and he is working on a new design.

Thanks! I did see that rust area and I was thinking maybe a stainless plate there would do the trick. I have one ordered from JWO and am looking forward to getting it. 😁

stainless would be perfect even a very thin piece. They are looking into delrin as well.

New leather cover over the stock wheel. Happy with how it turned out.

Little bit of exploring...

Cleaning up some surface rust on the rear door bolts. Always bothered me. Thought I would try red since they are not seen...

Sorry your link just takes me to a login page with what I think is your order ID.

Is this the item?

The perforated leather doesn't quite look like yours.

Thanks!

Is the block under the seat also 1/2" thick?

Yep same thickness as the rest of it. 1/2”.

@subspd Love your box design! Do you have it secured to the floor at all to prevent movement while offroading/during a crash? If so, how do you have it secured?

Thanks! ...yes. Removed the factory tie downs and the counter sink holes in the bottom of the box. 4 35x10mm bolts into the factory holes holds it all in place.

Love the KISS approach. I have been brainstorming on how to secure a box back there and that is definitely the simplest! Probably the path I should go as well, I just get nervous about getting the holes exactly lined up perfectly after dumping money on baltic birch. Thanks for sharing your excellent build!

Yeah I measured 10x in the end I found a little slot of the hole helped to get it perfectly aligned before tightening it down. 👍

I anchored my drawers the same way. If you're worried about getting the holes drilled incorrectly, put holes on a piece of cardboard first and confirm then fit. Then overlay the cardboard on your birch ply to confirm the placement is the same, then drill.
