Hahahahaha...what do all LX450 owners have in common (see pics above)? They remove their running boards so they can look like they are "serious." Hahahahahaha:flipoff2:

Not me! My running boards are staying on on both until my 45 lb three year old son doesn't need the step to clamber up there himself!

I have a few to share...again :D

Here's my before picture shot in the Florida Keys while doing a little fishing. No "after" pic for at least another year, lol :( Got to many irons in the fire now and will have to wait a while. Totally stock for now except for some fog lights, Garmin gps, and a center diff lick switch. My plan is to remove the fogs and running boards first. Next would be some 315"s and a OME med lift and hopefully a ARB front bumper.

Heath are you concerned at all about the C load range rating on the Yokohamas with the heavy Lexus?

I wasn't until you mentioned it. I can find info that C is 6 ply, what I can't find is what it's actual capacity is. Any help?

New'B in on the action!

I only wish I had taken photos of "getting to the beach" which was pretty cool in deep sand; something I had never done before and was totally anxious over!

According to the Yokomama website...

LT315/75R16 113Q (C) 2535 Lbs @ 35 PSI

Just picked it up a couple days ago, no mods, but drooling over everyone elses nice rigs. I hope my LX grows up to be like some of yours one day...

So Doug, I guess its safe to say that you don't get many new Lexus LS430 owners pulling up next to you and asking for the Grey Poupon? Badass pics, nice rig.

:D

Uh...no...not many requests for mustard, but I might start carrying some ;) ya never know.

I got plenty of odd looks at the Lexus dealership in Vegas. A few of the mechanics were wheelers, so they appreciated it, but the service writer monkeys and some of the grayhaired customers didn't seem to get it.

Stock Pink Panty

At the beach over a little bump ;p Someday I'll grow up and be like you guys!

White Rig Question

I'm looking hard for my new truck.

I like the comfort features of the LX, but like the all-white LC exterior. Has anyone painted the cladding on an LX, to match the white body sheet metal? It'll get new bumpers and sliders immediately, so I'm only concerned about the body cladding.

If not, who's got an opinion whether its a good idea? Or how it will look?

Thanks

I have no idea what this has to do with tech........

But since I don't feel like starting a fight with that :censor: Romer I'll let it stay.

I guess I'll post up my pink panty cruiser as well.
