None at this time, the pinch weld was trimmed a little, otherwise, no rubbing... yet. Still need to wheel it (soon) to see what else needs to be moved around. Lift is Dobinsons 2.25" kit and UCA & diff drop

What is your procedure for getting the spare tire on the roof and getting it off?

Mine has the factory spare wheel carrier so the one on the roof is the spare spare I open the tailgate, close the screen part, lift the wheel up onto the tailgate then climb up onto it and lift the wheel onto the roof. Getting it down? Well that's a case of aiming, tossing it over the edge and then recovering it from the bush
Hopefully won't have to use it but going fairly remote so can't be too careful
