I got myself one of those rare Land Cruiser hybrids! Haha

With or without? The more I look at it with the Stainless Steel hoop, the more I like it. Reminds me of some of the Australian rigs I see on YouTube.

Looks great without the hoops, a lot cleaner IMO. Your truck though so do what you like.

jmo, I like with, maybe powder coat it black though. Great looking rig either way.

I had JK wrangler too, a 2013, what do you think now that you're in a hundy?
It is different, good different. I moved away from the JKU for something that rides and drives better for daily duties but is still one capable machine off-road. I think the Hundy is going to fit the bill just right. Heading out in the morning to do some camping and as I was packing tonight was like man..I still have room for the 60" tv, lol..JK. Ol Jeep woulda been bust'n at the seems with gear.

600miles into our road trip from Arkansas to Colorado and I already blew a camper tire:bang: Planned on stopping for the night in Amarillo anyway so I’m getting the local Discount Tire to take care of us in the morning. Luckily I checked before I left and my spare was in great shape so I threw that on and made it the rest of the way into town. Just need one more tire for another spare! Weird occurrence though, these tires are only 1.5yrs old and parked in a temp & humidity controlled garage so not exposed to UV or any elements.

Couple of shots from the HIH8 trip. I actually do not have too many, driving the entire time... My co-pilot (my Dad) says he has ~1500 between his DSLR and his phone and he just got home to Oregon today to begin reviewing them. Loved the trip.

Exploring on our own looking for some Columbine after the trail ride.
Little spot here: Google Maps between Silverton and Ouray with a beautiful waterfall. Those wheels are actually a dark brown powder coat, not Grey!!

How are you liking the alu-cab tent? I'm planning on buying one this weekend.

OMG we LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. I just picked it up on our way out to Colorado and it is Amazing. Coming from a CVT on our FJ and an ARB on our trailer, setting up camp was 15-30 minutes and breaking camp was about 30 normally.

Now... it is literally 30 seconds to have the tent up and ready for bed then striking it takes just the same time. I can actually open it up at a gas station just to show someone. It really is that fast.

Even though some complain about the thin ladder, my wife and I both have said how much more stable it is than any of the other tents we have tried.

I love this tent. Now we just have to get one for my daughter that now complains she has the old tent. it would be nice to have the trailer and our tent up in less than a minute!
