I'm back in the game! When I sold my Cruiser a couple of years ago, I didn't think I'd be able to get another one until the kids were all out of the house. I sold my Lincoln this week with the intent of buying another older Camry, but surprise! I ran into a guy who was in financial trouble and bought his LX for $$$$$. It had 4 bald mismatched tires, 220,000 miles and no maintenance records (he had it for only eight months) so I used those things to my advantage. I blew the rest of my cash on some 285's and stopped by the Lexus dealer hoping there were maintenance records. There were some, including one showing all four AHC accumulators replace 50,000 miles ago. Mechanically, it's sound. I have no plans to build this up (no $$), only to pull the running boards off and enjoy.

Score! Congrats looks great!

That doesn't look good. Any idea what happened?
Not sure but as we drove by the owner got back in and drove it away. (I kidd... I kidd....)

A couple of pictures from the few days we had in Death Valley and camping along the road to the Racetrack. We saw a lot when we were there, including weather that we were really not hoping to see.

Took a little detour on the way home for it's first time off the pavement with me. Nothing serious whatsoever, just pretty views. Wanted to make sure my cdl and 4x4 low were engaging properly as I had yet to use either after purchasing. Considering making a run to Skyline Drive over in Talledega National Forest in the next week or so, anyone have any input on it? Could I do it in my 100 in stock form? Not solo, most likely with an F150 on 33 m/t's and a fully built TJ with a winch. Anyone in the East Alabama area also interested in making this run sometime?
