Sent from my iPhone using IH8MUD while navigating gnarly trail. Typos are inherent.

Snorkel install complete! I also installed Timbren bump stops in the front. I would have done the rears but I broke all four OEM bump stop bolts.

In Georgia, it's legal to have a vanity plate upfront. More or less of a novelty. I have a 1974 Alaska plate on the front of mine.

Funny...I have both right now. I'll get some side by side pics for you to compare. ;)

Wow, that's no ordinary Forester. Never spotted one looking like that.
If you take the earlier plain jane forester you'll see the resemblance to plane jane 100.

MT Sliders

WAHOO! METALTECH SLIDERS INSTALLED!

These sliders are exceptionally well built and engineered (based on my professional opinion as an engineer). Wade at MT is a stand up guy too. I ran into an issue with the mounting hardware that appears to be caused by a manufacturing error from the U-bolt supplier. I had to cut a lot of new threads which took most of the plating off with it. Wade is working on getting the problem solved at the supplier and has offered to send me a new set so that I can have the corrosion resistance that was intended.

Winter in Carpathians

UKR?? All right! Good to have you!
We want to see lots of pics from you. Not to mention the dashcams vids that your neighbors are so (in)famous for now...

Saw this rig parked near my house.

Not sure if much would have changed without the damage multiplier, but it gives a good picture of what those things can do.

"Still runs" was written on the windshield.
