Hi everyone,
I'm new to all of this including the forums and trying to figure out how it all works. I'm a happy new owner of a 2006 LX470. So far I have installed xenon depot HID lows and 5w Cree backup lights, painted my wheels K11 GTR color and added 275/70/18 Duratracs, removed the running boards. So far I'm enjoying the vehicle and look forward to putting some miles on her!!!

Gorgeous... Thats the look Im actually aiming on mine though mine's black :)

I love the color, it's the closest match to the Nissan Gtr wheel color code "K11 base" this should work nicely on a black vehicle as the Nissan Gtr comes in black with this color wheel.

A few 100s from around Nairobi this week.

Front bumper, snorkel, and...running boards? Must not have received the IH8MUD memo.

Tons of other cool LCs around Nairobi. 70-series of all shapes and sizes, 80s, just about anything you can imagine.

Wanted to bring this one home...

Field Day Land Cruiser Style

Working Amateur Radio Field Day at Fiesta Island, San Diego. 30 ft mast attached to the Slee rear ladder swing out supporting a dual band 40/75 meter dipole. I worked 5 different countries and over 15 states in a little over 2 hours. Most exotic contacts were Japan, Nome Alaska, Tahiti and Australia.

Hi there guys

There's probably an introduction section somewhere but here's probably as good as anywhere I suppose. I'm new here, from New Zealand. I'm 26 and work as a Forest Manager.

This is my 105 series, 2003, brought in out of Australia. It is my daily driver and I average 4000kms per month in it. It has performed flawlessly on and off road for 245,000kms now.

Current specs are;

4.2, 5 speed manual, SFA
50mm full Old Man Emu lift, with air bags in the rear
20mm body lift
ARB winch bar with 9000lb superwinch
IPF driving lights, HID converted
Safari Snorkel
ARB compressor
Long range fuel tanks
Under floor stainless water storage tank
16 inch alloys, 285/75 mud tyres all year round, currently Kuhmo KL71
ARB lockers
Manual hubs
Rear Storage System (home made)
OEM Cargo barrier
Uniden UHF
Recaro front seats
Full JVC handsfree sounds system, amp/sub etc.

I have probably forgotten something :)

It is my 2nd 100 Series, the first being an 03 V8, and between my Dad and myself we have collectively owned at least 7 landcruisers. Best trucks ever

Look forward to contributing to this forum.

seems like a great truck.

Now, about your parking skills OTOH... :)

Pic from a recovery a few months ago got posted to a website. I've got 20-30 pulls on the ProLink and think it's about my favorite piece of recovery equipment. 110% happy with it.
