I wheeled my FJC and FJ60 equally tough....and my UZJ100 has no issues on same trails other than being larger. Well on those cold 20*F mornings...it is nice to have the seat heaters...my 60 did not have those. ;)

Dope!

Those pics of Basin and Range country are whetting my appetite for the trip to start damnit!!

;)

I plan to take us up and over this same trail. It should be minus the snow...hopefully! And broken seevees :D

Got a pic of it without the plastic guns? Would make an awesome screen saver haha might even fool people into thinking that my hundy looks like that haha

Selling again?!?!

drool!

so are you going to get another cruiser as a fun car or be without one for a while?

I'm not sure on what's next other than an 08 GS as the "fun car". 306HP from a 3.5L and 0-60 in 5.7 seconds and 28MPG. The 450h is 340HP and 5.2 seconds and 30MPG but a horribly small trunk due to the hybrid batteries. :D either way - grins. lots of 'em.

For a truck, I might do a 100, a 62, a late 80's or early 90's K5... Just not sure at this point other than I will NOT have a CJ. We're at the beach - as you can tell by the pics - so something that could go topless would be a plus. Prefer V8. Needs to seat a family of 4 with a few suitcases and fishing gear for a weekend trip to the beach house. That drastically cuts down on the Toyota list, unfortunately, to about zero unless it's a custom rig.

is that your yacht in the background? If so, keep a 40 on the bow for those exotic locations.

UZJ-40, but a 2' longer wheel base. Now you're talkin'...

:D

No, that dinghy is not mine. It's a Lazzara currently docked at the Marriott Grand Hotel Resort in Point Clear, AL. Bay and marina made for a nice backdrop.

He towed it there with his 07. Amazing things can be done with VVTi!

After being the only hundy at GSMTR last year, this year I thought for sure I'd see a few more...

Must have been 150 trucks (they didn't all make the group pic), and once again I was the only one to represent the king of the cruisers. What gives? It was a fantastic event...
