Here is my 3rd attempt to get a roof rack combo that works for me. This iteration uses Gamiviti towers and crossbars. I am seriously considering just going with Gamiviti - roof racks.

found the primo local offroad site yesterday, acres and acres of powerlines and trails. Few pics below. The Nitto TG's performed well with a few of the steepest climbs I've attempted, some mud, rock, etc.

Another fun day at Rausch Creek. Nothing extreme, but was happy with how the lower shock mount extension brackets worked (not only have they made off-road performance seem a bit enhanced, but they have actually markedly improved the ride quality on the road!)

I picked up this LX470 with 87K miles from my dad last August for $0. The only catch was it was in Virginia and I live in CA. We decided to drive it back. I had great plans for mods but so far all I have done is maintenance and tires... Here are some poser pics from the road trip:
