I dont know i just watch you tube and try different things . .30 wire i am really trying to learn to be more consistent
 
So i like the hip guards but they do make it a little harder to get in and out . Also kinda a pain to open the door but not the end of the world . If this was not a Wheeler i do not think i would run them. but i feel confident that if the day ever comes that i flop this i will 100 percent be safe Now i hope that day never even comes close to happing . As of now the cage is Done . and can be pulled and PC

They look great, really nice welding.
But looking at the last picture I think the the bushings took all the strength out of the mount.
If the roll bar is applying pressure to the floor pushing down the bushing will allow the arm to just swing down on the bolt a pivot point just like the lower control arm in the same picture. JMHO
Now if it were reversed with the bushing mounted the plate on the bottom of the tub and hard welded to the frame it would be trying to shear the bolt under pressure instead of pivoting the arm down. and would have added the extra strength you were looking for.

I thought of that. I will take a pic with the slider on It will not allow the support to pivot .
 
There is really no way for anything to pivot

Just realized I never put the caps on my front link mounts . I know why I didn’t also 🤬. These were from Rock Solid Toys. Fn guy ripped me off big time. . I will get some new one made . There is always 10 more things to do 😃
