I heard Lattimore didn't break anything just ripped about every ligament in his knee, is that right?

That's what I heard. Dislocated the knee and damaged the connectors.
Team Doc says he could be back next year.
I'd have to see THAT to believe it!
Maybe he's back in time for Clemson next year.
:grinpimp:

Seems more likely he'll take a medical red-shirt next year.
I think he will need to play at the college level again to get a decent NFL
draft.
He's such a nice decent guy I truly hope he gets to fulfill his dreams of a NFL career.

I'd have to agree, that Redshirt is in the works for next year. He has got to heal fully if he ever wants to play and be effective again, rushing back will just prevent that.

Spurrier really classed it up this weekend, dozens of Clemson players, alumni, and coaches come out and wish Lattimore the best and he tries to rip Clemson and Dabo. Real class act, guess he was still pouting after seeing his season go down the s***ter the last 3 weeks.

it's ok...S.Carolina spanked the s*** out of Clemson last year without Lattimore

We'll do the same this year. We have a much better selection of backs this year. Davis is a great power runner.

Miles is a 5th yr senior IIRC, very dicipline and is great with ball controll as well as catching the ball out of the backfield.

Our defense has had some injuries but should be be patched up by the time we meet up with MOO U

Clowney will keep his nose clean so he doesn't have to sit out the first half of the clemson game this year.

Clowney, Taylor and Quarels will eat up that Clemson O line.

Boyd knows that when Carolina comes to town he'll need some extra grass stain remover!!!

South Carolina puts their 2nd string out in the 4th qtr

Clemson hasn't played defense all year.

Clemson hasn't seen a team that can play defense all year

This match up spells trouble for clemson!!!

Clemson already saw the best D they will see all year from FSU, and USuC hasn't seen any offense as good as Clemson's.

I wish I shared your confidence. I think UT and Clemson are similar offensively. CU has better playmakers at the skill positions, but UT has a better o-line. If tajh can distribute the ball quickly, and Clemson stays away from other plays that develop too slowly, they can score a lot on us. I don't think we can answer them score for score, especially in the red zone without lattimore.

So what you saying is there is no way cu hat get out of the hole. Not even if they stand on their shoulders?

Please put down that crack pipe.

Really Clemson and UT comparisons? I'm not seeing that one.

Troll, congrats on the win this week!

For all of our Spurrier lovers read this article off the front page of Yahoo....

Maybe there is something in the water down there in Columbia? First Lou now Spurrier. All I can do is shake my head.

Not really Clemson is about 20 spots higher in the offensive rankings, averaging 50ypg and 7ppg more and we have 6 guys on O who will be drafted in the next couple years. UT is like the slow country wanna-be version of our offense.

Look at the competition you two have played thus far. Bit of a difference in defensive ability, there...

Please try to argue that you have faced harder competition than Tennessee. Please.

I'd agree UT has played better teams, but I could also say they get much weaker efforts from those teams than Clemson gets from its opponents. We are at the top of the ACC we have a target on our back everyone brings their best effort. UT is the dregs of the SEC teams at the top show up expecting to win and don't play as hard. We see that stuff every week in college football.

You could say that, but it would be ridiculous.

Tried to post at halftime and the only thing that got posted from the mobile app was my location, weird.

Offense was ridiculous for the Tigers, even with a couple bad turnovers won by 5 touchdowns.

I turned it to the Lsu/Bama, KSU/osu, Oregon/USC games after the half. This was after cheering Pitt as much as possible. Wish they and Lsu could have pulled it out.
