You let Tenn. put up 24 points in your own house.:hhmm:

Mallet is gonna ring that bell. I bet he could put up 60 points against that pass defense. I know Garcia can't put up that many points, so you guys better control the clock from the get go.

The only thing Clemson has to look forward to is trying to beat USuC now. We will probably need that win just to be bowl eligible. Hopefully the roles will be reversed this year, and we can catch you guys looking ahead to the SEC CG.:hillbilly:

the only thing clemson has going for them is the fact that we play down to the level of whoever we are playing.

Not a good think for Mallet and company, especially with S.Carolinas big three putting up numbers they way they have.

Funny thing is, your first in the east, but 6th overall. That REALLY tells you how sorry the east is this season.

it's a rebuilding year for several of the teams in the east....however even if we did have a strong east we'd still be in the running for the SEC title...we beat #1 ranked Bama.

But not #1 ranked Auburn.

Jeremy

after you guys have dropped to both UNC and BC your going to point out our road loss to Auburn as if it's a bad thing?

You could have atleast said Kentucky...but trap games can even hurt teams that play on Sundays.

I'm hoping the D secondary can focus/practice hard this week so they have a good game against Ark.

We let TN hang around in that game too long.

Our D did get plenty of sacks this weekend and a pic 6 was not too shabby either, our D has not put many points on the board this season and the we don't get many turnovers.

BEAT ARK!!!!!!!!

all i know is that oregon is gonna win it all. That offense is scary. 3 plays a minute!!

It's not possible for me to dislike FLA more than I do...

That is all...

That was a hell of a game. I thought Georgia played very well.

didn't watch the entire Fla/Ga game.

Looked to me like Ga struggled to make plays/move the ball as opposed to Fla that seemed to move the ball at will until it mattered most.

Props to the Ga D for keeping the game close, was really pulling for you guys this weekend.

I'll pull for Vandy this weekend!

There's only 2 games left that I care to watch this season. Gators/Cocks, and Tigers/Cocks.

Aside from that, I'm just following my Dolphins and rooting for the first "real" QB we've had in what seems like decades.

i'd still put Oregon against Bama or Auburn any day of the week...hell...i'd put them against S.Car so long as you get them on a good week.

We were very good at giving the fla offense the ball. 2nd half we moved the ball pretty much at will. the turnovers killed us and the last one during OT was just plain stupid. Oh well, freshman QB who will end up being very good, very soon, and right now is better than most. This will pass.

Auburn will lose a game... maybe two (bama and possibly someone else... could be us?) before it's all done. Bama will win out, have a rematch with USC in the dome, win that one, and beat the snot out of Oregon for the NC... an early prediction.

i don't care what high flying/fast paced team you are...your not going to impose your will on ANY SEC defense.

Just a few years back Hawaii had that same type ball club, they killed all their opponets with a great QB who could put the ball all over the field.

when it came bowl time Georgia stomped them into the ground.

That may be the case, but Mallet is first in the SEC and 6th nationally with 2449 yards passing, 47 yards ahead of UK's Hartline. How'd that vaunted SEC defense of SC do against him? Oh yeah, didn't he throw for 380+ yards and 4 TD's.

Good luck against Arkansas.

BTW, I'd hate to see Clemson play Arkansas as well, they'd just throw it over the middle all day long and make our LB's make a play, which we all know by now, they can't do.

I was comparing Oregon to Hawaii a few years ago...Mallet and company have a little different style than the westcoast football. Either way Mallet has one of the best throwing arms in all of college football and I'm sure will be taking snaps on sunday long before Tebow gets to on a regular basis! He would have done even better playing for one of the Pac teams.

I'm hoping that the secondary of S.Car can step it up. We do much better against one sided teams (IE BAMA) and so long as Ark can't get a running game going and we don't have to load the box like we had to against dual threat teams like Kentucky, Auburn, TN i think we can take them.

If they get that little short/rolling out passing game going to act as their running game, we might have some issues being that our guys are so fast/aggressive that they bite any anything and it will expose a ton of holes in an already shakey secondary.

Culliver will be out for the next few games/possibly season with an injury but he has not been well at all playing the CB position. He's better at saftey anyway, but he's still a good experienced guy to have on the field. The young guys will get even more playing time this week.

I just hope that offense (especially the line) comes out and doesn't make any mistakes. If we can run the ball 4-5 yards each play and eat up the clock keeping Mallet and company on the bench it will sure our chances up for a win.

Watch out. Turbo Hawg ahead. Guess USC will find out if the #2 rated QB and a not too shabby RB can be the equal of this Dude's Heisman turbo boost.
They ALL seem to get a boost when USC gets 'em.
Gotta be something in the water. Maybe it's the Doo Doo ice. :grinpimp:

Maybe it's 'cause the opponents ARE the best....

USC could lose the last 4....or not. They still have Troy at home and
I'm pretty sure that is a W but all the rest.....go either way.

CU.....I don't know what to say. My condolences seem in order but
CU has always been good at circling the wagons.
I'm all in. Give Daboo a chance. He'll get er done.
KP's light will come on.
Maybe the new guy.
Go Tigers.

This game against the Razorbacks will separate the men from the boys of the SEC. If you want to back up your claim as a top contender in the SEC, win this game. I can't believe the idiots in the paper that said this game means nothing as you still have to beat Florida for the East. This game means everything. I think this game is bigger than the Alabama game. It's your last big home game, and if you roll over on this one, know one will take you seriously again until you win the SEC CG, which won't happen.

Bigger than Bama???? I'll have some of what you are smoking.
Beat UF and go to Atlanta would be HUGE.
This game with Ark is big but it isn't the whole season.
CU game will be big but it isn't the season either.

One game at a time.

Now for a game that means EVERYTHING CU vs NC State.
Lose that game and no one will take CU seriously. Oops...my bad, no one does anyway.
Still lose to the Wolfpack and CU is likely home for the holidays.
LOTS of pressure on CU.
