They'll get used, I'm going to find a can of some sort (heading to the surplus store today to see what they have available) to put the 440 in and then just leave it in the Cruiser. Donno what I am going to do with the 414 yet..

I picked up a new in the box coleman dual fuel 2 burner stove and a single burner 440 stove yesterday for $30. Not the typical 5 bucks, but hell, they are brand new. Never even been filed with fuel..

The 440 is pretty cool. Never seen that model before.

Nice 440!! Is it for sale :) ???

lol, That's the one I really wanted. The 414 was a side note.

I just wanted a single burner stove to leave in the cruiser for emergencies :)

It was worth a try!! I keep my Jetboil in mine .

lol, is the 440 that great of a stove? I can't for the life of me find any info on them other than spare parts..

They don't seem to be all that common.

My buddy got this one for $7 last weekend .

I really like the old metal coleman coolers, but they honestly suck at keeping things cold lol

I think it's the same as what they now call the 533
Coleman - Sportster II Dual Fuel? 1-Burner Stove
The tank looks different but the burner looks the same.

Similar to the mil spec version Coleman and others made for years

I found that one at a rummage sale in Brooking Oregon for a few bucks. Great stove if you want to boil stuff, fast. I'd like to test it against a Jetboil sometime.

Not sure how good a 440 works but it looks alot like the 400 just a bigger tank!

To each their own -- I'd be interested in the 414, dual, should you want to part with that :D

my weekend find

picked this up for $10 , Looks like it was lit once and not even run long enough to heat the paint off or discolor it on the screen . It never even had the handle installed.

Nice find koffer!! Congrats

So any of you Coleman collectors want to sell a 413G? I have a 414 dual fuel which is a good stove but I'd like a vintage 413.

When I was a kid, my family used the Sears version of the Coleman that was blue, both stove an lantern. I'd buy one of those too.

I've got the lantern and stove but now that you mentioned it I'm not sure where the stove is :( . I totally forgot about having the stove . I need to do some digging and see where it is.

Very cool. If you find the stove and want to sell, let me know.
