I put the AC compressor belt on today so I decided to test out my center console cooler.

Before.

This is after a 30 minute drive.

I also ordered a set of 315/75/16 cooper stt pros. I ran them on a few rigs and have liked them. The geolandars that are in the truck are 7 years old. Lots of tread but to old for my liking. They're also a s***ty looking at.

I took it up to the mountains today.
The 4wd works great. It needs a front locker, but that was on the list anyways.
The geolandars are awful. I have a set of Cooper stt pro's on the way.
My new calipers showed up. Still waiting on pads and rotors so I can rebuild the knuckles.

I've had issues with the drivers fog light blinking.
Realized the stock bulbs aren't there and someone has jumpers to a different bulb. After some research the OEM bulb is hard to get for the JDM rigs(h3c) so this is common especially amongst Nissans. I cleaned up the s***ty wiring job and I'll run this setup till a bulb fails. Then I'll order the correct ones online.
I received my flare trim kit from a vendor here and I also painted my new calipers. I'm still waiting on pads and rotors before I do the knuckle rebuild.

Couple more tanks of fuel. Normal daily driving - 17.4
Took it up to the mountains and played around and still netted 16.46

I need to take it on a pure hwy drive and see what it will do. Was told today the new tires ship Friday.

These wires were used to jumper the stock h3c connector to an H1 bulb for foglights.
Exposed to the elements.

I made new wires. Soldered the connections and heat shrink everything.

I swapped out the side marker bulbs with LED's. I don't like the Amber incandescent in the clear housing. When it's off it's too yellow

Had some free time before work today and decided to tackle the slow window.

It's about 40* outside right now.
This video is it going down and me trying to get it back up.

I pulled out the regulator and cleaned it. Remove the window and cleaned the rails and cleaned the contacts in the switch.

This video is after. It's not perfect but it's a lot better. I think I'll replace the regulator this summer and relube it the window when it's warmer.

Some new rubber

315/75/16 Cooper stt pro
I've run them in a 37-13.5 on a few rigs and have been happy. So I figured why not.

I swapped out shifters on my lc
I bought one off a newer 80 series so it had an od button and the shift pattern was wrong. Mine had a chrome handle and the new one was black. So I tore both apart and used parts from one and parts from another. The new handle isn't perfect but it's better. I might send the old one out to be recovered.

I also pulled all the washer lines under the hood and replaced them. I took bother washer nozzles and cleaned them and re-aimed them.

Tomorrow is a big day. We are rebuilding both knuckles and adding bigger brakes.

Got a knuckle rebuild kit from cruiser outfitters and decided today was the day.
The right hub looks like it's been wet inside. But nothing alarming. The left hub had a leaking inner seal.

I've rebuilt all manner of front ends. This was by far the most disgusting. And most frustrating. I was debating on a front locker. But I'm to lazy to do this again.
