Seat belts all clean and ready to install. Got the package tray in with the speakers. What a pain. Hopefully the next pieces will go easier.

Got this headliner kit. It's a suede covered fiberglass piece. Gonna try and get this installed today.

Thanks to my friend Steve for helping. We got the headliner mostly installed. Still a few things to address but we are over the hill. Pretty snazzy with the suede and matching suede visors.

Good progress today. After we got the headliner in......I was able to install the majority of the rear part of the interior.

My son and I did a 67 coupe. I was pulling my eyebrows on the re-install. Weather stripping was the worst. Windows next. Especially the rear triangles. Never again. Looking good!

Yeah.....there's definitely some struggle going on with this build.

Got the windlass trim installed on the drivers side and some on the passenger side, but ran short and need to order more.
The new gauge cluster should be here tomorrow. Hoping to get the front carpet and seats installed this weekend.

The new gauge cluster showed up today. Modern technology with back lighting in blue. Should look super cool

The stereo and more bits showed up tonight. Should make some good progress tomorrow.

Preparing the seats for installation. Bolted on the sliders. I decided to make my own mounts, cause the ones they sell are overpriced.

Just for comparison reasons......here's the original seat wrapped in the Halloween themed color scheme. The old seats are fixed and offer no reclining options. The new seats are a major upgrade.

Got the passenger side of the dash all bolted in for good with the glove box. Working towards getting the front carpet laid in. Then kick panels, seat belts and shifter.
Once that is done....I move onto the seat mounting. Definitely riding the struggle bus today as everything is taking much longer than it should.

Working the carpet in to place. The tape is marking the seat belt anchors. Got the passenger sill plate and kicker panel installed.

Interior work, especially the dash, is always slow to me. But your results are worth the effort Jack.

Drivers side carpet and sill plate finished. Next is bolting in the front seat belts.

Seat belts are done. I can't make the seat mounts as the steel yard was closed yesterday. I'll work on that this week.

Got the shifter in tonight. There's a little bulb inside to illuminate the shifter position, but I am not getting power there. I'll figure that out later.

Since the Scat seat adapters are over $100 each.....I decided I will make my own. I bought this press brake to make the process easier. Let's see what I make......

Press brake works good so far. Made the first parts to my seat mounts.
