Going thru my crap, trying to reorganize to build shop out, finally piled most of my bikes in one spot. Kind of embarrassing to see such mayhem out of so many rides I love. Someday, I hope to get back on one ot two of them...

Looks like a Salsa, then again, I just zoomed in really really really tight

Quite a pile you've got there! If you ever want to offload any of those and are a 54ish / Med geo, let me know!
@jfz80 & @Mtbcoach Looking for advice. Running a 50/39/30 up front with an 11-32 in the back. I cant seem to get the extreme gears dialed in. For instance on the smallest chainring I cant get the lowest four cogs to work without chain rub in the front. Similarly, I cant get the largest chainring to work with the largest 3 cogs in the back. I know some of these are not really designed to run together (large/larges, small/small). Im just a little concerned that I have too many that aren't smooth. I would say out of the 30 total gears 23 of them work without issue.

My experience says that would be expected with such a wide ratio of gears. Some fine tining could give you some more gears, also converting to a MTB front derailleur that will have more range than the Ultegra cage you have. I’m sure you know that there are range limit screws on the front derailleur but my initial guess is that the Ultegra may not have enough range to work that combo.
My 2 cents...

wolftooth makes some great stuff to allow you to up your range a bit too, or to run a wider gear range. you might need to mess with your b-screw, buy a longer one, or another option is the links that they have to extend the range of your rear derailleur -- via dropping it down lower. I'm actually running their Tanpan on my gravel bike as it allows the use of a MTB RD with road shifters (Shimano also has the Ultegra GS that can handle a 34t cassette) and is running a 1x setup with a 42t cassette in the rear.
So how was bankruptcy?
