The silver truck is running SKY hysteer with billet arms ( this must have been eight year old now, with no failures). I just ordered the Trail Gear hysteer with lifetime warranty for the 4Runner.

Yep, I should become a vendor just for the discounts.

I get most of my junk from lowrangeoffroad.com. Good people so far, but retailer prices seem to be all in the same ballpark. I have the TG setup with a junkyard box. It's really just some pipe and FJ80 tie rod ends. I doubt there is any major differences between suppliers so why spend more?

Where is the best place to get a gasket for the rear diff? Mine seems to be leaking. I checked Marlin and they want $52 for a rebuild kit that has a gasket in it but as near as I can tell, I don't need to rebuild the axle......just need to stop ANOTHER leak......and I guess I will need one for the front diff also as I will be installing the ARB soon.

OK....any body have a diagram of how to connect the fuel lines on the oem tank in a 40? I can figure out that the 3 small tubes go to the fuel evaporator and the larger hose will feed fuel to the engine but 2 questions:

1. There are 2 other tubes coming off the oem tank; one on bottom of the tank and one on the side of the tank that faces the driver. I don't know where those 2 go. Any ideas?

2. What does the fuel evaporator line go to? If I understand correctly, it's a check valve? What is a check valve and where do I get one? If it's not a check valve, then what?

I have been using some silicone gasket stuff for the third members, easier to remove than a paper type gasket as well.

Don't know what year. Brian bought it from someone on MUD and passed it on to me with the rig. That's why I'm hoping someone has a FSM with some pictures in it.

Don't know what "reg fed or caf" means.

try using a heat gun or hair dryer to warm it up a bit:)

Use a hammer and chisel, then install the new window. They have some tint remover at auto stores that sprays on and cover with a trash bag for awhile before peeling it off. Heat gun and razor blades, either way you still have some glue to scrape off.
