The dash is coming along nicely. I was able to find an OEM glove box insert on eBay. It is nice to have a functional glove box.

I am partial to the older style apron emblems so on they went.

I have been fighting some fitment issues with the ambulance doors.

I used a dremil to increase the diameter of the ambulance door hinge holes so that I would get more movement with the doors. (Thanks for the tip wadesters). They look much better. Not perfect but good enough.

Gasket and top installed.

I fiddled with the ambulance doors a little more after the hardtop was installed and the fit looks a little bit better.

My driver side scat seat bracket needed some customization to work with you gozzard fiberglass tub. I happen to have a small radiator rods for my parts stash it looked like it would be a good fit.

I installed the redline quick release hood gas shocks. It was a straightforward install and I'm pleased with the results. Now I need to locate the hood release latch for a later model to Complete the job.

Wow! Its my opinion, that this truck is one of the coolest rigs on this forum.
Such attention to detail.....

I've had the luxury of seeing it in person and it looks every bit as good as it does in these pictures.

Nice job!

Is there a lock on this Redline Shocks? Console look good! :)

The rear tub support brace is now powder coated and installed! This enabled me to start bolting up the body mounts and start with assembly.

MasterCarr fuel rated hose 2 1/2 OD - 2 1/8 ID

Chris,

Not to knock your work, but If that hose is anything like mine. (Stiff as all get out!). You might want to consider straightening that fuel inlet.

Mine was pushing on the fender so hard I was worried about it eventually causing hairline cracks in the fender itself.

Just something to think about especially since your tub is fiberglass.

Here was my solution.

@SMG - how much would you charge to make me one?

@mmw68 - no locks on the redline shocks which makes the stock hood catch that much more important.
