As for firewood: The last 3 years at Tall Corn - I've had no shortage of firewood! All you have to do is keep your eyes peeled while out on the trails, and you'll have a truck-bed full of indigenous firewood in NO TIME. Matt (Texan1983) can vouch for me on this!

Just don't get so caught up in the fun that you forget that you need firewood. ;p

Jamie you making it to tall corn this year?

Jamie you making it to tall corn this year?
As of now - I HIGHLY doubt it.

The only way that I might make it is if I ride along with Adam (4xInnovations). Not sure about that yet.

I definitely won't be bringing my truck. I'm going to TTORA TakeOver in Kentucky this week. I won't be able to afford gas for driving all the way to Des Moines and back that close after TakeOver.

We started loading the 45 today and going over my spare parts box, Then my grand daughter and I went for a ride down town to pick up a few things and the voltage regulator went out :crybaby: Yea Man the guage was off the charts !!! checked it out and thats the problem,:bang: I ordered one on line and it will be here tuesday, Lets hope thats it my nerves are shot everyone's parts are loaded up camping crap is packed and sitting in the living room. I will be working up until the day I leave so I don't have much time for anymore problems. I will keep you all posted. Thanks Rob

The wife was asking me today do you all like Tamale's if so chicken, cheese or pork ?

I like all mexican food, I would say Chicken, if you can get it to last the trip.

I think I am going to make some Hot Wings Fri night, maybe we can have a smorgusboard.

If you need I can give you my phone number I have an assortment of parts if you need anything I will be there Fri morning.

Good Luck and have a safe trip!

I'm bringing my son too. He's never been wheeling before and he's going to be smiling and laughing the whole way. I can't wait! :D

HA! I hope you're wrong... I've gone off-roading a few times w/ him for a short while and he loved every minute of it. An all-day event though, and he might get a bit bored.

Oh, he wasn't bored... he loved it, But the rocking of the 80 is apparently just enough to rock him to sleep.

I basically wheeled all day with one hand on his head to keep it from flopping around.

I think that seeing you come out of the woods driving like that was the 2nd cutest thing I've ever seen! (The first cutest thing was watching Leif eat the corn :D)

He's getting finicky about corn lately... now he likes to have it cut off the cob...

Damn! Does that mean we won't get a repeat performance at this year's Tall Corn? Oh well, he's cute enough, even without mowing down corn on the cob! :D
