It's small. It's round. It's rubber. Does anyone know the part number for this little guy?
Where does it go exactly? Upper or lower tailgate? I'm not near my truck to find it's location.

Lower tail gate. It goes in the hole at the end of my index finger - there on the back of the strike plate.

Stick it back on with a dab of 3M weatherstrip adhesive?
I can't make out what part it is on the EPC, might be the case that it is not available apart from the striker assembly, which looks to be available for about $20. I can't find any pics of the striker assembly either to confirm if that's the case.

Maybe drill it out a little and JB weld? The little part broke off when my three year old was messing with it. He likes pulling little bits off my truck
This is true. Mine pulled my ARB rear locker switch cover off yesterday, breaking it.

I mean, it's not funny when they break something expensive - but it's all just stuff. And hey, they're learning. And I've broken much worse so...
