I just noticed that I made in mistake in my post with pics. I posted that I have 4 different cup holder designs for the 80 series. I actually have 5 which I posted. Not sure where my brain went on that post. There is the front single, front double, square hole insert cup holder, the rear double and the one I forgot; which is the double cup holder for the top of the storage console. That one is only for folks with the hard tray top and not the padded armrest top. Forgot about that one because it's not a huge seller.
After a LOT of thought I decided to bring an old product back. I have been getting a lot of requests for the single cup holder with storage tray. When I first released the design I lost a lot of money on it. I was only getting about 30% of the prints to be successful. The amount of material wasted was significantly more than any profit I could have made. I stopped production on it. After 18 months of 3D printing my skills with my machines and the quality/ability of my machines have significantly improved. I have had 5 requests in the last two weeks for these so I decided to give it a try. All 5 prints turned out perfect on my latest machine. I was quite surprised with the sudden improvement in the print. So.. there back. 80 Series Single Cup Holder With Tray | BH3D Printing
Here is the design. These are pics of the old design but everything is still the same except the "80" is the more subtle font that I used on all of my other cup holders.
So I have been working my butt off trying to get my inventory built up in preparation for the holidays. Last year almost killed me so I decided to get a head start this year. Unfortunately I didn't think about space. I have cup holders and TEQ badges stuffed in every corner of my garage, house, and LX470. Even using some space in the neighbors garage to store inventory. A majorit of it is my new 4Runner line but I still have a good sized stock pile of 80 series products. I may have gotten a little excited with my new line of machines and expanded product line. With 12 machines running now 24/7 I just don't have space to stock pile inventory. I need to get a shop SOON but that's not an option until at least some time next year. I decided to just extend my current promo through the holidays so I can clear out some inventory and make some space in my garage. It's 15% off the entire order plus free shipping. Coupon/promo code "TEQ15". Will be good up to Jan. 1st 2016. If you go back to bottom of page one on this thread you can see most of my 80 series designs. You can see all of them at www.bh3dprinting.com If your outside the US then all international orders can be made through my etsy page at www.etsy.com/shop/bh3dprinting The etsy coupon code is also "TEQ15" and will also expire on the 1st of January.
I forgot to mention that for the international orders on etsy; I can't offer free shipping. The promo code on etsy if only for 15% off the entire order. Very sorry for confusing some folks. Definitely not trying to be deceptive. Just wasn't thinking through my last post.
so sorry for the long delay in response. I did not see this question. I'm not on the 80 series section nearly as often anymore. I'm always over in the 100 series section now. I currently offer 6 different cup holder options for the 80 series. There is the square hole cup holder insert, front single cup holder, front single cup holder with storage tray, front double cup holder, rear double cup holder, and the double cup holder for the folks with the hard top center console. They range from $30-60. there is also a currently a holiday special for free shipping and 15% off the entire order with discount/coupon code "TEQ15". Here are some pics of them all:
I have found this cup holder on Amazon, purchased one for fitment test but have not installed it yet because I need to find a way to install the holder other than using screws and making holes in the interior trim. I think that some slim HD Velcro adhesive square patch should do the trick and should be sturdy enough to hold a beverage without detaching. The feature that I like about this one is that it folds when not in use and it comes in variety of colors so it will match the interior color of your cruiser. This cup holder can be mounted on the side of center console next to passenger left knee or on the back of the center console where two of those would fit side by side.

That's funny that you posted that cup holder. That is the exact cup holder I originally bought for my 80 series. The "tan" color was a horrible clash. It also never held my wife's water bottle. Every time I made a left turn the bottle just fell to the floor. It also couldn't hold her Nalgene bottle which is what she uses the most. She hated it from day one since it didn't hold either of her most common containers. Most of the time she would forgot to flip it up and eventually my 3 year old (5 year old now) put his knee on it and snap when the cup holder. I hated the look and quality but couldn't find anything better. I eventually came across the "disco" cup holder which was better but still clashed and didn't mount totally flush. It looked like an awkward afterthought and not factory. I finally decided to just make my own. I used the factory color and matched the contours of the console to remove any awkward gaps. You can use screws or adhesive or both. I also wanted something more functional than just a cup holder. The single disco had one function only. I wanted to be able to store my drink and phone in there or two drinks. Also wanted a spot for a pen and flashlight since those are the two things I often find myself looking for. The flashlight was needed for the 3 kids who always loose their happy meal toys under the seat and by the time we get home it's dark and we can't see them. The quick acess of the light came in handy many times. I figured if I was going to use the space I might as well be able to make it as functional as possible.
Since we removed the door pockets when the interior was done all the Mrs. has complained about is "No where to put my phone".
Order placed and now she will have somewhere to put her phone...and her latte.
Gotta give another compliment to you hicks.....the single holder for the center console I bought from you is awesome!!!!! Best mod under $50 in a long time.
Wow. I'm the one who shipped it and even I am surprised at how fast that shipping was. You ordered Friday night, I shipped Saturday morning and you had it today. that's crazy fast. I wish I could take credit for that shipping speed or say I used overnight shipping but that's not the case. Sometimes the USPS is just stupid fast on shipping. Hopefully the rest of you don't expect two day shipping from the west coast to the east coast.
Wasn't in the mood the start another cup holder thread so I figured I would just add to this one. The 80 series cup holders have gone through some changes over the last few weeks and are now up on my site. I didn't change much. I had a lot of folks ask for cell phone slots on their cup holders like I did for the 3rd Gen 4Runner crowd. I finally had some down time now that I have a guy doing all my plastic and metal work. I'm back into the world of designing. I don't know if I will keep this company going much longer but I figured I would keep expanding while I can and then pass it on to someone with more time. The front double and single cup holder now have a cell phone holder. The pics make the cell phone holder look huge but it's really just my wifes S4 mini which is a super small phone. I made sure that even the biggest phones on the market can fit in these. The last double of the old design sold yesterday, so they are gone but I am open to printing to old version on request. The new single cup holder is now out but I also have a few of the old style still available on my site until they all sell. jAlthough these are slightly longer prints with a bit more material; I did not change the prices. Sorry for my interior with missing parts. I'm trying to get it all wrapped up. Here's how the new versions look.
