Just finished installing my new clutch, and reseal rear main, transmission and transfer case. When it was all done starter wouldn't work. So in go new starter contacts, all good now. But wait the clutch feels wrong. After half an hour of adjustments I got that working good. Now its almost midnight and we will be getting up at 5 to finish packing and head out, only one day late, but no more oil leaks. See you on the beach tomorrow.

Hi Damon,

Likely heading out at about the same time in the blue-beast. Other than a quick gas-up in Aptos (gotta love $0.70 cent per gallon Safeway discount earned when filling the main and sub), I am good to go the distance.

Running solo so that I can get the camp setup before the drives down in the afternoon with our son.
