Not sure how best to do it, but we used to have a list of contacts to manage a 4x4 response for bad weather like we had last week. I was out helping who I could through SnowedOutAtlanta on FB, but I think we could be better organized as a group through the TLCA to respond.

We had a list for hospitals to call us for rides for staff, but that went away about 8 years ago due to liability. Any ideas on how we could be organized and track a bit better on how we could see who needs us and when we do help?

Might get a bit more traction for the good side of offroading.

Not a bad idea.
I could have gotten all over town last week. When I got back to the office I found two pov's with blue kojak lights on their roofs. I asked our police chief and she said she could have used the help and would have called had she known I was willing and able. :meh:

I decided to leave the SnowedOutAtlanta group on FB because anybody that needed anything was begging for charity. It was too tedious to filter to spam from the good info.

Dan, you might consider an online collaboration project management tool like SmartSheet. Basically you can create a spreadsheet of info, but then you can attach any number of documents (DOC, PDF, JPG and links) to any given line item. It has scheduling functions too (Gantt chart). https://www.smartsheet.com/ We haven't used the paid version, since we've simply been invited to collaborate with another team who subscribes. IIRC, you can use it for 30 days free - that might get us through this season of wintry weather.
