First off gotta say thanks to @I Lean for starting this thread over 7 years ago and still sharing the information. Pretty cool and I don't know many people/forums that do that.

Second, while I have access to a brake press, I don't have access to a cutter. @RubyCruiser what type of metal and thickness did you go with for SendCutSend?

Thanks in advance!

Forgot to share my finished product. The design provided by @I Lean was perfect and I outsourced the cutting to SendCutSend for ~$50. Powder coated with some other things to make it pretty definitely not necessary. I did have it professionally installed because I also had a backup camera and remote locks added.

For me, this really 10” sub boosted my missing (none really) low end and overall sound stage. Very, very satisfying to my untrained ear vs. my newer vehicles. My door speakers had been replaced by PO and seem to work well overall and fit within the OEM covers, so no need to go bigger if you simply want good sound and keep factory look. I also upgraded head unit to Sony XAVAX1000 from and older Alpine, so not sure what impact that had if any. Overall super happy and with new clips (red ones) there is no panel rattling at normal/elevated volumes.

Would anybody help me to get the template file please? I would like to go like you all. LOL

Pretty dang cool how does the cargo panel look? How much did you have to modify it and how badly does it rattle the cargo panel?
No mods needed to panel at all. Fits back in place perfectly. Only thing you may want to do is add some foam padding where is may come in close contact with the speaker to reduce any possible rattling but you can try without — I added because I had some laying around and someone else mentioned doing as preventative. I also replaced all panel clips (maroon ones) because missing or old loose ones are likely a bigger contributor to rattling. Hope this helps!

16 gauge or 0.059” thickness. It’s firm but easy enough to bend. It was what someone previous to me used and I went with that. Withstood welding the bracket piece as well but may not be necessary. There is also someone selling this same design premade on Facebook under the Toyota 80 Series USA group if you just want to spend a couple more bucks and have it ready to go.

The premade one from FB is the exact same piece (made from the same file and everything), but the FB seller does not include the welded-in gusset. Get the file from @I Lean , cut it out and add the gusset as intended and you'll have a superior product.

The file has been sent to everyone who messaged me an email address. 🙂
