Sub tanks from other 4x4s to fit HJ75

Yet another sub tank post. Im currently researching options to fit an aux tank (preff long range) in my HJ75 ute.

Has anyone found any other model cars that also can be fitted to the HJ75? I just cant justify spending $1500 on a rear tank and am hoping to find something suitable second hand!

Hey Rosco, unfortunately it was sold alongside some other bits and pieces to fund a diff replacement. The old girl went pop! So im back to square one, which is a little frustrating.

Is this company an option. I regret not having had their long range 60 series tank shipped to Canada
Still can't get anything comparable here for the price, and the shipping was 1/2 of the cost!

-cheers for tge link mate, its still 1100$ though.. Was hoping someone would have insight that a GQ sub or similar is plausible as theyre a dime a dozen around my part of the world!

the rear fuel tank of a 70 or 73 series can work ...

I installed a second tank under the tray in front of axle, then ran a fuel pump to fill main tank still has fuel gauge just fills other tank. Second tank unknown source,it just fitted the space.
