Stuck ARB

Just for my personal information ..

There is no other source of 4340 SF rears .? I mean PP axles are not that beefy if you compared 'em with the stock ones .. so I thought you can made a SF set from 4340 bit more beefy that hold more

No other source that I am aware of. and for the price to have another manufacturer make me some shafts I can swap the rear end and have total piece of mind.

... change this f..k air locker, and buy a Lock-Right, Detroit Locker or try to find OEM Lockers ;p

I bought a OEM lockers and adapt on my axles (on the past, i used Lock-Right & Detroit Locker in the rear axle, on the front ARB is ok! )

I don't wanna need to deal with the long spline inner .. and don't like the auto lockers at all ..

Dang David, you can't buy any luck! Looks like you need more than an inner. Did the inner star break? Hard to tell from the vid.

Nop .. it holds but probably have more than safety to run tolerances in between the star and balls .. I'm definitely getting a new one waiting for my new ARB to come ..

BTW ring bolts torque .. ?

I end getting in new RD142 new short side inner and birf ..

It took me complete day ( last sat ) to put the new arb on ......

The most complicated part was the torque part .. I found myself creative to improvise kind of stand that allow me put the proper torque in .. since I don't have vise yet ..

Today I cut the bronce line and was my intention to put the 3rd on .. but end asembling everything and end with the tires on .. just not oil ( was too late and I was to tired ) test it on house no leaks and all seems in right working order now .. we see how that hold this time ..
