I found the trail on topozone, it looks like the 88 trail head is on the north side of Capels Lake.

Sooo for the folks that go up on fri ,we' ll go up the trail a bit and get our camp on.

Is 30 a realistic drive time from Woodfords to the trail head? I had suggested an 8:00 am leave time from Woodfords with a ETA at the trail head of 8:30. Is it doable?Mic check 1 mic check 2................................

Are we gonna meet at the trail head, or the turn off of 88 TO the TRAIL HEAD?

So, are we saying a meet time at Woodfords of 730 or 745, so we keep to scheduled leave time?

I was just saying a leave time. It's up to whoever wants to go to be there on time or we leave without them. I know it sounds harsh but hanging out for a half hour waiting for people who never show is kind of sucky too.

Agreed!
Since its a day run for most of us, I feel that its of greater importance to stick to some kind of schedule so we can get home at a reasonable hour!
So stick to the leave time of 0800 from Woodfords, and meet at the trail head by the DOT station? Have a trail start time of 0900, unless we have ALL who are expected?

No, it is just a little six letter word that has taken over my life called school. The 45 run was awesome, 4 days of hanging out and doing nothing really takes it toll.
