Thought I would post here...I have called the police in the town where he has it now. Contacted the press (predatory tow companies are big in the news here lately) and looking for a lawyer to send him a letter, I would be happy to pay some "storage fees" to get it back. I have the original title, he apparently got a bonded title.

I'd also consider contacting Steve Lehto, (Google him; has a large social media presence) who deals with cases like this.

Sorry we had to move the thread to the members only section, I will post up a summary soon. They didn't respond to the demand letter and immediately moved the 40 again. Looking for a Colorado litigation guy now
