Just had major oops, paint instructions said ready for tape in 12 hours, waited 36 and started taping for bottom shoot. Had to reposition a piece of tape and pulled paint, so touching up and will have to wait a while to do bottom.

we use to spray the floor down in the home rigged spray booth we had at the time with water when I worked in a body shop many moons ago...helps with dust control. I'm no painter or bodyman....as the line goes I just use to work in the same shop as those who were. Back then they did not have the custom full up self contained spray booths you see in some shops today.
Just an idea...It might help you with dust a little bit. Used many miles of the 10foot wide clear plastic (I think it folds out to twice that width) to help mask off stuff.

The fun part was the truck was loaded with granite .I had to lay in the mud to get the spare out
I'm really liking the "jack stand" you have there Marius.
Well I did have about 200 sq feet on the truck at about 16lbs /ft
That's alot of rocks!!
The max I load is about 270 sq plus all the res of my stuff.me and my helper have to carry up to 35 sq befor we can get help and then one of us have to walk backwords.On a good wk we carry about 900sq so about 14000 lbs

And nobody invited me!? haha, jk. No day trips to the Cove for me - 7hrs away.
On another note, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and bet that is the same red Chevy luv that we wheeled with one time at the Cove last year.

Steve the guy in the luv talked like he knew the STLCA guys, even said he had planned on making GSMTR this year but thing came up. So you are probably correct, he is not afraid to wheel that thing. Proof positive you don't need a 10000 rig to have a good time.

I've been there a few times.
I think I've been there, but it had a lot more water flowing over it.
There's been a few people there we spent 45 minutes picking up trash.
