Steering rack movement

It returns to normal it's just that depending on roads the wheel is either centered or cocked to the left. Doesn't seem to be road crown causing it because I've witnessed it on flat roads. I'm probably just being OCD.
 
My thought is, you have the same issue I do- either the slip joint in the upper steering column and/or the steering input shaft need replacing. That's what I'm going to do in mine, anyway.
