Mine is slow as well, wife does the same, takes her 2 tries. Mine was better after new plugs and fuel filter but it only lasted a couple months.

Every Toyota vehicle I've owned that has had a delayed start has been resolved with a new fuel pump. The backflow valve will go bad on them and take longer to prime the system.

Not familiar with the LX470, very familiar with the Isuzu Troopers I've owned, but how accessible is the Fuel Pump? On Troopers we had to drop the Fuel Tank or cut an access hole under the carpet in the Cargo hold.
this is happening to me. I just ordered a fuel pump.
Mainly the hard start is remedied with pushing the skinny pedal. Tells me I am losing pressure overnight.
Follow-up starts throughout the day are perfect. It only acts up after sitting over night
