A proper length 2x4 can work as well, and you won't have to buy it a beer for its trouble

The thing to note about "having to buy a beer", is that you end up getting one too...

Before I go delving into the FSM, does anyone know where the inverter is that powers the 120VAC cargo area outlet?

have you popped the rear panel off on the driver side yet? theres a few fused items tucked in there, not sure if it's the inverter or not

Thanks! That would be my guess, in part to minimize the run of high voltage wiring. I'll take a look.

On my rear lift gate I've noticed two lights located there. Any idea how to light them up?

I'm thinking those might be your license plate lights?

Edit: i.e. not switch controlled to give you additional cargo lighting

Just for license plate illumination...

My theory about why they don't have those bulbs available for other use (when hatch is up) is because we'd then put super bright bulbs in there...which would then lead to BLINDINGLY BRIGHT, reflective license plates.

I dunno...

At night with the lift up loading up some gear or groceries it would be nice to be able to use them.

I like lights in the cargo area:

All magnet mounts so they can be used wherever needed.

:D

search is failing me. Is it possible to change the "change the oil" interval reminder on a 2011? I think its set to 5000, it warns even earlier than that. Since I'm using synthetic we should be able to stretch this out a little longer.

With a simple search, I couldn't find info on monitoring the 8 speed transmission temp through the OBD port in the '16 and '17 models. Linear Logic has not responded to my question to them about use of the X-Gauges in a Scangauge. Anyone have insights on that?

What buttons/switches do you guys engage or disengage on the traction controls when offloading/playing? I've got a cheat sheet I laminated and keep in my Tundra so I don't have to look up in the owners manual of what does what and why. Anyone made one that applies to the buttons in the LC? Looking at the owners manual, theres over 100 pages on "other driving systems"!

Try this FAQ Discussion: Crawl, Multi-Terrain, Optional Lockers or ATRAC when best to use each

What brand of wipers do you guys prefer to go with?

I've got the Icons which work great. Lots of opinions, including in the 100 section which may also help: Best Windshield Wiper

I have been pleasantly surprised by the Rain-X Expert Fit Hybrid wiper blades I installed recently: Rain-X® Expert Fit® Hybrid Wiper Blades - Rain-X

Perfectly clean wiping, no chattering, perfect fit - what else is there?

I installed on both front and on the rear.

HTH
