I have a split transfercase from a fj60 for sale. Still available. In the box ready to go this weighs 92#

3 different versions of split cases I can think of, early, small idler pre 5 speed, small idler 5 speed, big idler 5 speed.
 
While you're checking the idler size, might as well verify if the case has the oiler cup indent too.

Isn't there a fourth type? Thought the FJ62 had bearings for the idler shaft. Earlier were bushings?
