Splash shield bolt size?

Lost the bolts that hold the front splash shield(under radiator) on an LX450 and wanted to know if this is the correct one. Does it only take one size or two? There are more than one listed holding that splash shield.

Four (4) all the same size, Partsouq lists 90119-08863 which looks like maybe a supercession from 90119-08862, so they may or may not look exactly the same as the original bolts.
