Not a real surprise here, just another SOR theft job and horrible customer service. Long story short I was charged $166 shipping for a 7.5lb box from LA to MPLS. Ordered a set of over priced seat cushions with $16 core/handling charge (my choice that’s not my complaint just stating facts). Ordered Sat 8/8/26 got to the freight section and wouldn’t let me choose anything but USPS (didn’t show a freight price). Received an order summery shortly after with no freight attached. Fast forward to Monday, I received late in the day and after SOR hours another summery with a freight bill of $166. I proceeded to call SOR first thing the next day and was told by a gentlemen he’d look
Into and get back to me. A few hours later received an email saying there’s nothing they could do and sorry. I called back and talked to “said” gentlemen again and he agreed with me after I told him what had happened and said he would once again look into it. An hour or so later I get a call back from an extremely rude woman that claimed it was my fault and I should’ve called the order in vs buying online (thanks mom). Basically stated the online ordering system wasn’t made for online ordering?!?! She boasted of her 30yrs service there and repeatedly told me the next time just call her! Haha Sorry, no next time!
