Tires don't need boxes with FEDEX Ground. Generate a label and a pickup and fax him the label. All he had to do is take the label on the tires and the fedex guy will pick them up.
Plan on about $50 per tire/wheel combo

Seriously, 37's are worthless without gearing. Orion is clearly the best bang for the buck. You would be better off moving it up in your list ahead of the front axle upgrade.

Todd, I'm busy the next couple weekends, but I would love to lend a hand after the first of the year. Your HH140 looks almost identical to my HH187 with the exception of a few more settings. I don't remember - is it on the bottle or flux-core?
