First, I didn't win the lottery. I was really counting on that.
Then, wouldn't you know. After I firm up my attendance for SSS, I decided I would really make an effort to track down that pesky oil leak.
Found it.
Nice crack in the block just above the dipstick.

Oh, it's definitely JB Weld time. Crack has a waterfall of oil seeping out of it while engine is running. Funny thing is that there is no oil in the coolant.

My only question now is whether (after the JB Weld) to stick it on 78 and roll on to the SSS; or break down and trailer it.

Trailer it. I want it there. It could last forever with JB weld the way you normally use it while you search out a B block
We are for sure in, gonna make every effort to get the pig there. At this point, tags and title may be the bigger issue. Still waiting for the title so I can register it...

All you need is to make it to the state line without being stopped. Alabama don't care. Slap a cardboard tag on it
