Just waiting for next Friday! I should be ready to go, unless something bad shows up this week. I haven't even washed it from my last trips to Riverrock and Tellico.
 
OK. Here is the Saturday To-Do list:

Fuel Filters (2)
Rear Diff Gasket & Refill
Replace Heater Valve
Install Tow Bar (just in case)
Wire CB to Power (already installed in dash)
Tuffy Console & Stereo
I might even do a little painting?!?!?

What am I forgetting???

Oh yeah, I guess I should replace the melted bushings??

Saturday will be BUSY!!
 
Good call on the blinker fluid, jesterb! I was thinking it was a bad ground with the front signals, but they are probably down at least a quart each. Glad I got a new muffler, so no need to service the muffler bearings for at least a few thousand miles. ;-)

Time to get to work!
 
Front axle is shimed.
Rebuilt 3rd installed and working.
Broken motor mount is replaced.

Let's roll. :bounce:
 
Stopped in town on my way home from the airport today ...

Bought me a fiberglass repair kit and an electric sander. :cool:

Hope to least fix my hood enuff this weekend so the damn thang'll open. :rolleyes:

Ain't no need to open the hood on that beast. That damn motor might get out! Don't forget the paint. I'm sure you have a case or 2 of the O.D. green!

Great Chris! It'll rain for 3 days now!!! You never talk about the weather before the ride. Oh, Looks like the lone Arkansas resident will have something to crow about! What the hell happened to the Auburn Tigers? I was actually pulling for them to go undefeated.

Pardon me, my gracious, fearless, protector and allocator of JP-5 didn't realize i was making a fatal error.:whoops:

I wasn't here cause I was wheeling! :)

I only have to install a new XM antenna...the old big shark fin style doesn't work too well as an antenna when it is used as a height gauge for various parking lots and garages....DOH.

I'm sure that I'll get flamed for this, but is anyone going to have a TV with a satellite to watch the AU vs. FL in case I decide to stay and not go to the game?
