Phil -

Thanks -

I know a few good spots. The best part about them... FWEE. Make sure you have water, though. Spencer Cyn has improved sites, with a spectacular view into the lights of Tucson, but you have to pay for those.

I'll show you tomorrow.

Chuck

PS> TNX on the shirts.

Phil, just load up the mini with everything you got, us southern folks have been thirsting for CSC chit.;)+

See you and Don at the Circle K..

Gawd what a day, thought work was going to trump this meet for me...

Had a great time, and made it home safe!

BTW - there was a small forest fire up on Mt Lemmon, so if you smelled smoke, or heard the fire service choppers, thats what was going on.

I heard it and thought it was a life-flight or Ranger chopper for medevac - mixed reaction to "FIRE" as being the cause. Guess having that much Cruiser attitude up there was contagious and combustive. Or was that the salsa?

:hhmm:

Have some pics to share once I download them from the camera.

Glenn in Tucson (Proud new CSC member) and LarsEllen and ZuZu the obsessively needy grayhound.

Hard to come back down from the coolness...
I didn't expect so many rigs, 12 total by my count. Thanks to everyone who could make it and to Chuck for his hospitality. Great group of people!

A few pic's from today. The 3rd one shows the smoke plume that Glenn referenced above.

Thanks to John for putting this together and to Chuck for hosting.

Awesome, and again, thanks Chuck for the hospitality.

John and I almost had "steak on the bumper" on the way back down the back side. It is open range, and I almost took out three cattle coming around a sharp turn. I spooked them and they ran right in front of me.

Yep, saw your tracks through the dust veer hard left, then a giant tan body filled my windshield:eek:

Rex, great pics! Jelous of the rain though. Looks like the Lemon was hammered tonight. Hope Phil got his tent up in time.

Just a few pics:

Looks like it was a good time with those pine trees, green surroundings, and cool air. I could use somma that right now.

Great turn out with some cool cruisers - thanks for the photo update.
