Thank guys.
Looks like i need to find another truck to cut out a few sections that i still need.
Anyone wrecking a truck that could cut out some sheet metal for me?

I'm sure Mud_Guppy could help you out (Steve @ EBI)
He's got quite a few wagons in different levels of disrepair.

This is the most interesting project I have found so far, what fantastic fab skills If you can't find a local glass shop to custom make the safety glass for the rear, I can hook you up.

To be honest i haven't put that much effort into it quite yet, and i think i might just put sliders in all three.
For the time being i have bigger fish to fry.

Shortened up the straps and installed the tank, still don't know how much it holds though.

Hand and wrist are healing slower than i had hoped but my back is whats giving me the most grief now.
Anyways, i am still messin with using the PU flares on the 60. What do you all think?
I am going to try welding the two halves together using a Teflon frying pan, we will see if it works and how strong it ends up.

I like the flares. Any chance for a side shot instead of a head on shot to see how far they stick out to cover the tire? My only concern is if they would get in the way of any future tube work (fender protection)? Plus this side looks easy/straight-forward, what about the other side where you have to deal with opening a door?

BTW, that smoothed out panel looks great!

The other side is the easy side, i was able to do the cut in the flare right at the door opening.
Thanks boots, there are a few waves in the panel but i am no body man so that's it.

I'm assuming when you a rear bumper on there its going to have quarter protection? If so, then the flares will look great IMO.

Yes and in front of the rear wheel as well, off of the sliders so the flare will meet tubing.
