Sale Pending no longer Pending...I can't share the full story, but that Sale Pending was a saga, lawdalmighty! I'll just say that a local buyer (business person in the community) signed an Oregon bill of sale on 2/2/26, but was waiting for significant funds to be transferred via a business deal from across the pond (he was buying multiple vehicles with these funds incl for family, possibly running them thru a business. Being a business person myself, it made some sense). There were understandable delays in the significant funds being transferred due to the closing of his biz deal, lawyers, foreign banks, Central Bank, domestic banks, dispersant of funds, etc...Buyer was in continual communication with me (this was the strangest part---it wasn't like I always had to chase him down to find out the latest). Lots of dates proposed of when the funds would finally make it stateside; lots of "tomorrow's" and "Monday's"...But nearly over 3 months later, still no funds for my LC. (And note that yes, I hadn't requested a deposit while I was "holding" it for him--I was trusting it'd all finalize any day now). But the puzzling/weird had gotten weirder and weirder. When I kindly requested a drop dead funds date or at least a deposit to continue holding it for him, SHTF and went off the rails...apparently that request was insane and crazy. <shrug> So, now it's available again.

SOLD!!!! Definitely the right buyer. Glad that things worked out how they did so that he gets it vs "the other guy." I'm more than 100% confident he's going to take awesome care of it, be another steward for it, and make incredible memories with he and family. Thx A!
