any suggestions on how we can make next years better?
 
I know of one guy who wanted to come for just Saturday. Maybe consider some kind of compromise for people who don't want to front the whole registration cost. However, that would risk losing fully registered rigs to some kind of lesser, limited registration that wouldn't benefit the club to having a closed event. Meh.

She's well taken care of Randy, just needed some more ventilation from the back.

Come down next year and take her for a spin, should have the cage and hydro assist done by then.

Well put. That is exactly one of our thoughts. We spent alot of time thinking about this and we looked out at the other national level events, and did not see any of this type of program.

Yes, we don't want to have to use the club bank account to cover the shortfall of rigs at the event; however, we want the feel and comfort of that we had last weekend, and rarely have to wait for a trail to open up.

I never got on the CB and had found someone on a trail I was headed into, and only once found someone on that trail, and that was only because of the breakdown of the KY folks.
 
The trophy's finally showed up. Thanks to Brandon for forwarding them to me. I will get them boxed up and sent to our winners.

Is there a way to upload video or link it? The "Iron Butt" award is actually a bobblehead style thing. Guess what sways in the wind?

Those are some badass trophies. I can only imagine the conversation coming out of the iron butt award.
 
Thanks for the suggestions and comments thus far. We (the TAC officers) are meeting in one week to discuss the good, bad, and ugly from this year to make next year better, and we'd love to have your input. Don't worry, we have thick skin. Thanks for the offer, been stealing hour here and there....

Been fabbing up the brackets to hold them. Also need to shorten them about 3 inches as these are for Taco.
