Smog pump bracket (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know the size of the smog pump bracket spacer? See circled spacer in picture below. This is located between the water pump and bracket on my 5/1977 FJ40.

They vary over the years, depending on the shape of the arm, aluminum or iron water pump, and air pump or alternator. I have them all in a drawer, not sorted by year.

Try bolting the arm to the air pump, then measuring the gap between the fixed end & the WP ear.

Don't forget to install a correspondingly long M10 bolt in the WP.

If you can install PS, you sure can make a spacer...
