I had great expectations and plans to put a SM420 into my FJ40. But, alas, life has taken a different turn and I have headed in a different direction with 40. What does this mean for you - if you want to undertake the project, I am offering a smoking hot deal on this entire setup. Some assembly required but all of the parts are here.

SM420 - rebuilt with new seals and bearings
SM420 to 3 speed adapter
SM420 nose cone adapter
Bellhousing to adapt SM420 to 2F
THREE - 3 speed transfer cases
Rebuild kit for a 3 speed transfer
3 speed strengthener bracket
Any other miscellaneous parts I haven't listed but find when i am cleaning out that section of my shelves
I also throw in 4 - coarse spline birfields and hubs just for the heck of it.
Where are these parts: Roanoke, VA but I will ship to anywhere on your nickel.
I've got at least $1,200 in all of these parts but willing to let the entire lot go for $650 plus shipping. If you see something you absolutely need, let's talk privately about the 'value'.
