Has anyone built a custom sleeping platform for their 200? Considering Dobinson drawers + a platform, but might just build a platform for the time being, wondering if others have and how.

Yes, check my build in signature

Yes search sleeping platform there are literally dozens of home brewed setups. I have ARB drawers like ol’ BM which level out enough for me with a folded second row for my exped mat to fit very comfortably. However if I didn’t do drawers I was gonna spend a weekend with some wood from Home Depot and do something like this.

Too many ways to do this. If you were just looking to get out there, a platform isn't even necessary. As my rig is mixed use, I just fold down the second and third row, pile misc gear between the gaps, and toss in an inflatable 4" mattress. Sleeps great.

This is the way and gives me the fuzzies!

Bravo sir

It is really easy and inexpensive to build a platform. Use 1/2 inch plywood, some steel pipe for legs, then cover it in outdoor carpeting from Home Depot/Lowes. Easy afternoon project.

With that said, been sleeping on a diy platform for several years. I’m looking to put in a drawer system for more organization.

Here’s the platform I made. Like others have said, there’s no shortage of ways to make something sleep worthy.

Decide to go with a Hele platform because I can basically roll it up back in its storage box and put it away when not needed… hoping I can strap it down so it doesn’t bounce around when wheeling…

Never seen that one before. Pretty cool idea.
