I got mine done last week, Dave was great to work with and understood my delay getting to his shop. He didn't need to adjust for my sliders and the skids fit well. He mentioned that he has an easy fix for the older cruisers that allows for easy install. A simple flip of the bracket it seemed. So if your waiting on your install because of the transmission he will take care of it. I think 3 sets are still at his shop. I also plan to take my cruiser back to have a few things welded since his work is really good and he's very accommodating. Thinking of diff drain plug drain ring to protect the threaded nut, and some brackets around the rear drag links at the frame.
