I understood dc gnob. But maybe there is an alternate Antarctic meaning to it. Like maybe down there it means "double cullion".
Probably means when your balls each freeze to a different leg and you can't walk without tearing skin from one side or the other. Often results in paralysis and you eventually die of hypothermia.
In a sentence "We found Jerod outside of the women's dorm with his pants around his knees and a double cullion! Luckily we brought him inside before hypothermia set in!"
I'm just spitballing here but I bet I'm pretty close.
