Sweet pictures adn trip, makes me wanna go to Tassie.

Hey don't suppose you have a picture of your front Diff ? I read somewhere the BJ 74's has a smaller unit in them than the BJ73's ?

I had a look at one the other day and it seemd to be factory re-inforced, it had a cable locker fitted .

BJ74/BJ73 diffs are the same unless they are late build once they went to high pinion fronts in 90 or 91, for some reason my mates BJ74 had a high pinion diff in it.

Early diffs are not laminated on the lower side, sometime around the later 80's they laminated the underside. I've seen this on FJ62's and a HJ75. None of my diffs have it though.

wow thats some seriously awsum pics
no wonder the patrol motor fried have a go at the size of the turbo

awesome pics hulsty looks like a great adventure

Few things to do to on the cruiser, need to put my lowmount back in, fix the rear springs, a good CLEAN and start investigating a 3'' dump pipe and exhaust!

Some pics from out easter weekend trip, was more boating than anything else.

That trip to Tasmania looks like quite the adventure. If and when I win the lotto I will ship the the 74 and 61 down to where you guys are. LOL Those pics look sweet and some technical wheeling to boot. NICE!

Did you go water to air or air to air?
Whats the set-up?
Cant wait to see how it turns out.

Cheers.

Great, it will probably be easier to fit under the bonnet and give better performance than an air to air. What size barrel. 4x10?

Sorry, 4X6. Didn't read the first post and the pics on this page took a while with the s*** internet connection I'm on right now.
