That's a solid idea. My knob seems to sink down an inch or two when it gets really cold out.

Best one imo. For some reason it states it doesn't fit for my 2011 200
So I jumped the gun on this, presuming the gear knob thread was the same on the LC as the LX, but it’s not. I think it looks cool as (as per before and after pics attached) but the thread on the inside of this knob is too thin and I’ll need an adapter.
Does anyone know what adapter I’ll need so this fits my LX? Thanks in advance.
You can also see from this photo with the Apple cord for scale, this is a much bigger bolt than what’s in the LX.

It should come with thread adapters.
That’s what they just messaged me, looks like they forgot to put them in the package. Oh well, just have to wait another month for the postman!

Yup, it definitely comes with an adapter. Had to use it to fit my lx

Unfortunately they didn’t pack the adapters, and then they went to send me adapters their new batch didn’t have them either. So they issued a partial refund.

GX for sure. Looks like we are lucky in Europe having base trim GX-manual models close to us with North Africa and the Gulf States
I've had a few people ask me where I purchased this knob. I got it over at Etsy. I have no affiliation with the site or vendor.
Any chance you can measure the required thread for the adapter for me, mine didn’t fit.. I know the internal of the adapter is M8 x 1.25, but which size is the external of the adapter, which fits inside the knob @tincan45 or @propernorf ?
